What containers do I need to shop with you?
Anything! There are no rules here, just that we ask you to weigh containers before filling them so we can subtract that weight when paying, meaning we have an accurate weight to charge you the right amount. Typically people use a range of containers from plastic take away boxes to glass jars. If travelling by foot we recommend you opt for lightweight items. Heavier glass jars are easier to bring if you live nearby.

We also offer a range of containers to purchase such as oil bottles, small spice jars, pre-weighed peanut butter jars and more. Paper bags are available for certain items.
Where can I read product information if there is no packaging?
Product information such as country origin and ingredients (where applicable) that you typically expect to see on packaging is displayed on each dispenser, additional information such as a full nutritional breakdown is available on request as there is not always enough space to display all the required text on the dispenser.
How do you receive your products?
We buy our products in bulk from suppliers that typically package in cardboard boxes or paper sacks. However, not all items are suitable to be stored and transported in paper (such as nuts and dried fruit), so in these cases, lightweight plastic sacks are used in a cardboard box. The point is that we recycle and opt for sustainability wherever possible.
Do you have a peanut butter making machine?
Yes we do! You can bring your own jar or purchase one of ours!
Do you have a product list of what you sell?
You can find everything we sell on our shop page but there is also a pdf file linked here.
Can we pick up in store?
Absolutely. Purchase your items from the online shop and come in when you receive your pick up email.
Do you deliver/ship UK wide?
We do not offer local deliveries just yet, only pick up in store. However, we can post anything bought in the online shop via Royal Mail.
