Originating in New Orleans and Louisiana, this smoky but subtly spicy mix is the perfect addition to your spice racks. Because of its American heritage, the spice is used in a lot of dishes that originate in the country, for example, Jambalaya, pecan pie and gumbo (Stew).

You can add it to marinades, rubs, and add it to sauces to coat anything you desire. Alternatively, you can use Cajun to spice drinks in place of Cayenne or hot sauce. You can the seasoning to a hot chocolate or an ice-cold lemonade to add an extra spice kick.

If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their original condition. This is subject to the product purchased and must be preapproved by our team due to food safety reasons.

Damaged goods

If on delivery your item is damaged, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. This can be done by emailing us at info@engrain.com. We may require photographic evidence of damages. Please make sure all items are checked before signing for them. Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at the next available opportunity.

If you are entitled to a refund according to our policy, we will refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it.
