Cup Characteristics: The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The cranberry flavour and subtle rose hints give the tea a wonderful exotic character. 
Ingredients: Luxury green Sencha tea, rose petals, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, natural flavours, freeze-dried cranberry slices.

The unique flavour of fresh cranberries is flattered by tender, sweet raspberries and harmonizes wonderfully with the sencha base.
 
 
Hot Tea Brewing Method
 
Heat water to 180Â°F or 80Â°C. Place 1 teaspoon of green tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour the water into the pot and let it steep for about 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy.
Alternatively, put the tea in a tea infuser and brew right in your cup. When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used repeatedly - about 3 times.

Refunds & returns

If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their original condition. This is subject to the product purchased and must be preapproved by our team due to food safety reasons.

Damaged goods

If on delivery your item is damaged, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. This can be done by emailing us at info@engrain.com. We may require photographic evidence of damages. Please make sure all items are checked before signing for them. Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at the next available opportunity.

If you are entitled to a refund according to our policy, we will refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it.
