Directions
Add a liberal quantity of beetroot powder to cake mixes, pasta, desserts to produce a deep red colour. Typically, a tablespoonful is added to the mix for best results. The beetroot taste will be surprisingly hard to notice even if you do add a lot: beetroot has a naturally sweet flavour which is the only thing that will come through.
Be careful not to overcook, as the colour can fade at high temperatures.
