These random sized pieces of sugared ginger root are a versatile ingredient. Some of our customers have mentioned that they like to chop a few pieces into their porridge of a morning to get them going. For the rest of us they tend to be a Christmas time treat. They have a long shelf life, so anything bought at Christmas can easily be used throughout the year in baking and cooking.

The natural warmth and sweet spice works perfectly with dark chocolate as well as in muffins and cupcakes. This ginger combines well with the flavour of apricots, mango and cinnamon. Use little pieces to flavour and garnish hot puddings.

If you wish to return any 'Dry' non-perishable products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Returns must be received in their original condition. This is subject to the product purchased and must be preapproved by our team due to food safety reasons.

Damaged goods

If on delivery your item is damaged, you need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. This can be done by emailing us at info@engrain.com. We may require photographic evidence of damages. Please make sure all items are checked before signing for them. Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at the next available opportunity.

If you are entitled to a refund according to our policy, we will refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it.
